After more than two decades working across risk management, advice quality, compliance, professional standards, and client‑focused service, July 2025 became a defining moment. Choosing redundancy wasn’t about stepping away – it was about stepping into a long‑held vision. I set out to build a practice shaped by experience and guided by a clear view of how financial guidance should feel: structured, transparent, and genuinely centred on people.
